Handling Time
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours pending availability and credit verification.

Domestic Shipping
We offer the following shipping options for deliveries within West Africa. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping.
International Shipping
Dege ships to over 80 countries worldwide via DHL Express. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and total weight of the package.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dege is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package.
